I am planning to file my EB1-EA I-140 soon.
There are two options:
1. e-File the application, hoping that it is routed to TSC
or
2. Wait until Aug 1st and then send paper copy directly to TSC (Since, my job location will be Maryland) and yes I realize that I will have to pay increased filing fee)
What do you guys suggest? which would be safer?
Another question: for EB1-EA category, what did you write in the "Basic information about proposed employment"? Can you leave it blank??? PLEASE CONFIRM
