EB1-EA evaluation

PhD (US University) 2005
1 year experience as a post-doc and 1.5 years experience as a research engineer/scientist in a univ.
Currently a post doc in a US national lab (past 2 years)
18 publications, several more submitted and in press. ~13 first author, 100+ citations
member of referee panel for Royal Society of Chemistry Journals (PCCP, NJC etc.)since 2008, reviewed 4 papers to date
1 international competitive fellowship award to date. Only award of its kind in my field to junior researchers.
NSF funded visiting research scholar for one summer to a national lab in europe.
have mentored several MS and PhD students while a scientist at the Univ.
Memberships in 3 scientific societies.
Do the above mentioned qualify me to apply for EB1-EA? Will look forward to some responses. Thanks in advance.

Thanks PhD blues for your immediate response. I am in the process of getting 9-10 letters from peers. I have heard that processing times are slower and rejection rates higher for EB1-EA applied to Nebraska service center. Any comments.
 
Credentials look very good. However, you have very limited reviewing experience to claim judging experience.
