Hi everyone,
could you help me, please, to deside which case I should choose to apply for? It seems to me, that actually to apply for EB1-EA, you have to be Nobel Prize winner or so and to apply for EB1-OR you have to publish several dozens of journal articles etc. But some experiences on this forum tells me, it is not like this everytime. My employer does not want to post an ad for my job to prove inability to find right employe from US, thus I can have only job offer.

I recently got PhD (in org. chem.), 2 years post-doc at Cancer institute (RPCI in Buffalo) as a organic chemist, one paper published, one paper in press, one conference poster, can get about five fef. letters from my previous supervisors or colleagues, poor English (as you can read), 7 years (5 y of PhD included) experiences in the field of org. synthesis (saccharides, nucleosides), possible job offer.

I am not sure which case [EB1-EA? EB1-OR?or EB2-NIW?] fits me the best. I will appreciate any help. Thank you very much.
