EB1 EA denied - TSC

Hi

My EB1 EA petition was denied today. Efiled on 05 Sep 06 at TSC
It was a self petition, I want to re file with the help of a lawyer.

Please let me know if you know a good lawyer.

Also, please send me sample letters if possible.

My brief details are: I have PhD in Lifescience, with over 10 years of project manangement experience in Pharmaceutical industry. I do not have good papers based on my doctoral work, as I moved into industry but I do have range of advanced certifications in project management and in computers. I am currently leading 4 critical global new drug dev studies. I guess I could not present my case properly. I have 36% higer salary than US average. I was a keynote speaker recently and so on...

Sorry to hear it.

Did you address your tasks related to project management issues........particularly how you managed those projects etc......important points...
 
Thank you for your input, yes to some extent and apparently not enough to get through. Letters focused more on critical role and elaborates more economic impact of my presence.

I am going to change the approach, as I can obtain letters any way I want.

lawyer or self prepared petition

I sent my EB1 OR on my own (with help from school international office).

When i got a RFE, i realised thats its best to get a good lawyer from the beginning. Make sure that you have a good reference before choosing any lawyer.

Eb1 applications, i have heard, cost anywhere from 4 to 10K. If the lawyer is responding to the RFE after you had sent it earlier,it wil cost you the same amount of money.

In any case, it may be worth the extra bucks, but be very sure which lawyer you committ to.
