My EB1-EA was denied and there were no RFE. I had been waiting for 2 years and I believe of late they have been denying more in the name of faster processing. Anyways, the question came up about appeal and my attorney suggested that appealing through American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) has more merit than ordinary appeal. Does anyone have experience with this approach/process?
