Hi all,

wanted to share my information, just received an e-mail that my EB1-EA has been approved on 27th April 2006. I am astonished, it is even not 1 month that the case have been approved after it has reached TSC. Case details below:

EB1-EA
I140: Center CSC
RD: 8th March 2006
ND: 9th March 2006

LUD:
03/21/2006 : Case transferred from CSC to TSC
04/27/2006 : Information of case received on 03/29 at TSC
04/27/2006: Case approved

Thanks for the immense help from this forum, especially eb1doc...your recommendations had been very helpful

Congrautulations ! This the kind of speed we expect from them.

Did you notice any LUD's before this approval date of 4/27/06. Please share if you dont mind.

First LUD was on 03/21/2006: Information of case transfer from CSC-TSC
After that on 04/27/2006: LUD: Informing case received on 03/29/2006 at TSC
On the 04/28/2006 day LUD: Case Approved

So 2 LUD's on two consequtive days on approval.
