EB1-EA approved from VSC

My EB1-EA has been approved on April 7, 2004. No RFE! My details are:

I-140
ND: July 5, 2002
AD: April 7, 2004

However, my NIW application was approved in July 2003 (ND: Sept. 02).

Now waiting for I-485
ND: June 2, 2003
FP: March 18, 2004
 
Why you got NIW approved last year and still wait for EB1 approvel? Or is it helpful for I-485 with two approved I-140?
What I heard is that you can submit two petitions, but once one of them get approved, you need to notity INS to cancel another one.
Is that right?

I don't think that you have to notify USCIS if you submit two I-140s, and one of them is approved. My attorney filed my I-485 petition in May 2003 on the basis of both I-140s.
 
How did you file your I-485 on the basis of both I-140 petition?

I want to do the same but do not know how. Please advise.

My attorney filed the I-485 based on both I-140. As far as I know, they attached copies of both I-140 receipt notices with my I-485 petition.
 
are u on H1 or L1 currently

can u let me know if you were on H1B or L visa till now..will appreicate your answer!
