On 4/19/2004, I registered for the new online email servcies and noticed that my case was touched on 4/12/2004. My case appears to fall within the published processing schedule of 350-400 days.

Recieved email as approved also today. Checked online status and Case was updated as approved today, 4/30/2004.
My attorney has sent me an email that there is good news. I replied that I already heared.

No letters of recommendations

USCIS has a new online service that will enable you to recieve an email when an action is taken on your case. You can register for it at the USCIS website.
