Hi,
I came to USA on 2010 with L1B visa which was later converted to L1A in 2013. My company is ready to file my GC under EB1-C as I am working as a program manager. The attorney working on my case is saying that since I have been in USA for past 6 years and do not have the minimum eligibility criteria for working as a manager abroad. Can I still file under EB1-C as I have been working for the same company for past 12 years (India +usa)?
