Firstly thanks for this great place that people shared huge amount of priceless information here.
I'm a L1B holder. I'm working in a company in a role of more or less similar to project/product leader/manager. I thought I'm eligible for EB1-C multinational manager / executive category. I'm doing my homework on the GC process and I searched a previous post (good practice in BBS, search before start a new post!
. Basically it says:
"Interpretation of Managerial position is broad. If that L1B holder is president of US branches, they may be able to skip LC, but if they are project lead, or project manager or director etc, they are not qulified to skip LC. Most of L1B holder is latter." original post is here:

I'm concerned a bit on my eligibility. Can somebody with similar experience shed some light on this?
