Attorney received RFE today.
It was a very general RFE questioning everything and asking for additional evidence of everything as if they never read my application. How should this kind of RFE be handled? Do I still have a chance? I typed some part below:
Provide the minimum requirements and criteria used to apply for membership in teh association in which teh beneficiary claims membership....
Provide evidence to establish the significance of teh published material submitted about the beneficiary's work, as an individual, and how it demonstrats international recognition for outstanding achievement compared to others in the academic field. Indicate teh publication's name, if it has local, national , or international circulation, how often it is printed and the number of copies printed.
Provide evidence to establish the significance of the work judged by the beneficiary and the criteria used to select the beneficiary as a judge
Provide evidence to establish teh significance of the beneficiary's scientific of scholarly research research with regard to its originality, contribution to the academic field, and how it set the beneficiary apart invidividually as an internationally-recognized outstnding researcher compared to all others in teh academic field.
Provide evidence to established the significance and importance of the journals that have published the beneficiary's scholarly articles. Provide evidence to establish if the publication has international circulation, how often it is printed and the number of copies printed.
Submit evidence that teh beneficiary has at leat three years of experience in teaching and/or research in the academic field.....
employment contract by the appropriate university hiring authority (I work for a top chemical company, this does not even sounds right to me)
Evidence that my company can afford my salary
They only gave me 30 days to reply for the date of the letter, which I received 10 days later. This means I only have 20 days. Totally panicked! please help!
