I recieved news (email from CRIS) that my EB1 I 140 and NIW petitions were approved on the same day at TSC.
I have been an avid reader and occasional poster on the forum. Thanks for all the help and moral support.
My credentials:
Physician with multiple residencies and fellowship training
Master's in an allied field
15 publications, abstracts and posters
My work and my name quoted in multiple newspapers in the US and other countries
Ongoing research funded by US Government
Filed with help of an attorney
No premium processing.
No RFE
Total time from application to decision 6 months
