EB1 approvals

Hi all...has anyone in EB1 category seen approvals beginning July 2nd.

Our details:

I140/485- concurrent
PD: 18 Dec 06 (current)
I140 AD: Jan'07
I485 AD: ???

What about us. Has any visa number been assigned to our cases. How can we find out if this unavailability of visas has/hasnt affected us.

Ofcourse, visa limitations will affect everyone in EB including EB-1!
But, no offence, FYI you filed just 6 months ago.. there are people in EB-1 stuck in background check for years and are still waiting. So dont get too excited.
If you are not a transfer case and your check is clear, you will be approved when visa numbers become available (if one has not been assigned to you already)..
