A friend of mine is applying for EB1 -- his lawyer has also sent him a letter from the department of labor -- (his company/lawyer doesnt reveal a lot of info) and so he was wondering why his lawyer applied for labor because an EB1 doesnt need labor - if I am correct. Please advice-- Thanks!
