EB1 and Job Transfering

I am applying for EB1 EA now (not filed yet but will file in one month)
but I am going to transfer from my current
company A to another
company B (similiar filed as A) in 3 months.

Some of the recommondation letters mentioned "Dr. ... is working
now at company A.... ". Is this okay or I should ask my reference to
make the change?

It's OK as long as what is written is accurate at that time (and can be verified).
