Immigration Gurus,
I am L1A, ready to file EB1/140 & 485 early next week. wife & son had to go to India recently, may not return soon. cant wait to file 140 & 485.
bit confused as what should i do about filing wife and son's 485.
have copies to their old I-94, can i just give these copies to my attorney for concurrent filing ( 140 & 485 ) for all 3 of us.
or is there any option available ?
do they verify I-94 with applicant's presence while processing 485.
would any guru please advise & help ?
