In jan, 2006 I got my EB1-EA approved! I opted for CP! USCIS in their approval letter advised me that they are sending my file to NVC! I did not hear from NVC eitherway, so I emailed them to give me an update! NVC now says they dont have my file?!!!!!!!!!!! What do I do?! write a letter to USCIS, TX or call them or both?!!!!!!!!!!!
