EB-5 related questions:
What are the examples of businesses/commercial enterprises that would qualify for EB-5 greencard? Can a real estate development project that will be four years in duration qualify? Can a construction company or property management qualify?
Are only W-2 employees qualified to be counted towards newly created employment or do 1099 independent contracts also qualify???

To Admin/Moderator: I'm not sure if this is the right place to post a question, looks like there is no separate forum at all on this board about EB-5 program, and E1-E2 questions are placed in "Immigrant Visa" section, whereas E1 and E2 are specifically NON-immigrant visas. Can a moderator start a separate forum on EB-5 programs? Thanks you.
