EB-3 with PD of Mid 2005

Hi Guys, I need your help. What are your thoughts on my case
Here are the details,

EB3-Pakistan
PD-05/17/05
I 140/485 filed concurrent at TSC- 06/24/05
I-140 approved - 07/4/05
Fp-1 (code 3) 09/19/05
FP-2 (code 1) 05/17/07
Last LUD 07/9/06
 
My guess is that TSC is currently focussing on RDs of 03 and 04 which became current on 1st June. I guess by next month they will move on to 05 RD cases like yours.

I hope you have ensured that your name check is clear. I suggest you do an info pass and tell them processing date for TSC is 06 September, your PD is current, you want to do a status check. That might trigger some activity in your case.

Thanks for the reply. I am anxiously waiting and keeping my fingers crossed that the visa numbers will last for a while.
