It is so fast. I filed my I-140 and 485 concurrently without labor certificate 4 months agao. Now my I-140 was approved, and USCIS transferred my case to local office for interview. Will my case sit in the local office for years because of EB-3 retrogression effect on my country? I am making some planning. Please help! Thank you!

What's your PD? And yes, unless your PD is current, your AOS will not be adjudicated. On a positive note, you can get AP/EADs unlike some people who are in real limbo.

My Retrogressed EB-3 Priority date is Oct 12th 2004. But the message at case status says local office may schedule me for an interview. Any input?
Thanks

You filed I-140 in EB3 without labor cert. Are you a health care professional? Well, your case has gone to local office, they will not call you for an interview until your PD becomes current.

Yes. I am a health professional.

You confirmed my thinking. They will not call me for interview till my PD is current. This is why I requested to transfer my case from one local office to my current local office. This won't delay the process because I have to wait anyway. Thank you for your input.
