Just want to find out how long it'll take for a Canadian to get his Green Card after the Immigrant Petition (I-140) is approved thorugh the EB-3 process?
When do you apply for I-485, right after I-140 was approved or when the immigrant visas for Canadians are available?
On the same note, as far as I understand, the application for an EAD for the spouse can be filed at the same time with the I-485 and perhaps get approval in about 6 months, am I right? I've read this info somewhere on the internet but am not sure it's accurate.
