EB-3(Catagory) , I-140 still in progress, can we apply for EAD and Advance parole ?

can we apply for EAD and Advance parole for myself and my spouse after I-140 gets approved? Any advise is appreciated.

140 needs to be approved and 485 needs to be filed for you to apply for EAD and AP.
