hi guys just recently my labour got cleared from bpc, eb-3 2002 july ,india.how long months/years will it take for me to be able to apply for i-485?is april 2001 going to be very crucial for us indians also?
I think with the rate its going now and the news coming out from DOS you would be able to do it within the next 15-20 years.
Anyways nobody can give you the approximate time when you would be able to do that. We all are in same boat and too much desperate.
