Eb-2

Hello

I am an international Doctorate student hodling a F1 visa.
I am doing my doctorate in Business administration (Strategic Management).
I am working on a project “designing a projection revenue model” with dean of the school and some other professors and staff. I am a designer of this model.
I have got an offer form my professor to work as sustainable manager at school because of my engineering background and being great at math and having management and leadership knowledge with the perspective of strategic concepts.
I have got my bachelor degree in my country in Biomedical engineering area, then worked almost 4 years at Siemens Company, and passed the highly competitive entrance exam for applying for my master. I have got my master in industrial engineering (management system) and worked during my master and after that in management consulting companies and Auto parts manufacturing factory as a HR manager and strategic expert.
I would like to know if I can apply for EB-2 if my university can offer me a full time job, how about the wages? And what I should do?

I will be very grateful if you can help me.

Regards

EB-2 will be very tough.
First you r still a student. even if u get a permanent job can u prove your work is going to support US economy/health care etc?
How many papers u have?
how much is your citations?

the best and fast will b to go through the PREM route. may b in couple of years u can look for better things.

may b as multi national manager u can apply.

Well, are you asking about EB-2 regular or EB-2 "National Interest Waiver" ?? If your institution is willing to sponsor you (labor certification, etc), then you shouldn't have a problem....

Wow

Thank you for your reply
I think I should read and search more to understand exactly what I should do and what documents I need to provide to immigration.
Thank you again

Do you think that it is better to apply with sponsor or apply for National Interest waiver?
Next year my professor and I can prove that with my knowledge and work experience here, I can meet most of those criteria such as work condition improvement, environmental improvement, helping to have sustainable work places and life …
And can I ask what PREM is?
Thank you again

PERM also requires sponsorship from the organization hiring you full-time. They also have to pay for the costs involved with PERM. By a recent federal law, you cannot pay the cost of PERM and have your institution sign the paper work (I wanted to do this but I was warned by my university's legal affairs that I cannot pay for it). Law dictates that they pay for it. If you can convince your Prof. to do that, that is great. Going through PERM will likely to improve your chances of getting the permanent residency. Otherwise, NIW is tougher.

H1 visa required

I have another concern. Do I need to go through H1 visa process or I can start from PERM and EB2?
Thank you leila
