hi guys ,do you think that eb-2 india will remain unavailable till oct bulliten?is there a chance of getting unused no from the row?
in oct also it may not begin immediately,are there chances of retro?now that it reached upto 2003 jan,will it go back?if so will it be as bad as last year?just in case if it rertrogressess then how many months it will take to reach back to atleast 2003 ?any body any idea?

eb2 india

your questions do not unfortunately have answers rooted in
facts. i am not sure if even the bull unleashers have the
answers.

few months ago there was talk of eb1 becoming current
throughout and oversubscribed eb2 countries like india and
china benefitting from it. then there was talk of eb2 row
becoming current and eb2 india and china getting the unused
numbers. now there is talk of eb3 2001-2003 upgrading to eb2.

i know this is not time to guess anymore since we found out
the hard way that despite all nice things once said about eb2
india, it hasnt moved a day since april 2006. but the optimist in
me is willing to bet a little on eb2 india getting a little respite in
the october bulletin.
