EB-2 when I have two more months to finish Master's program

I have a Bachelor's degree and about 3.5 years in experience. I am about to finish my Master's degree in three months (May 2006). If I join a company now, and the job does require master's degree, what are my chances to file under EB-2 for LC and I-140? If I still join now, but file LC after getting my degree, is the situation improved at all? I wonder if I should try to delay the start date as much as I can... Thanks!

JOIN AFTER YOU RECEIVE MS DEGREE ON HAND (the date on the degree MUST BE earlier than the starting date) or you will need to be changed job to apply using MS degree.
 
:( I guess there is really no way around it ... now I need to persuade my new employer that it's better to wait another three months. Thanks for your reply though!
 
Planing to file PERM EB2 with BS +5

Hi

I am planing to file PERM EB2 with BS +5 years requirment. I have already EB3 in Dalas BPC.

Any one has idea when i file I-140 will i have any problem, My company is good enough in ability to pay, and has good tax return, making more then $ 5 million.

I am thinking shall i go head or wait for EB3 which is PD sept'2004.It seemd that EB2 retrogression may become current 2007 end.(hopefully)

Any help appreciated.
