EB-2 question!!

hi all,
I have 140 filed concurrent in NEBRASKA with ND 25th Nov.
I have a small question. My application is EB-2. I have a 4 years bachelors in India and PG diploma and masters from australia. would that be sufficiant for EB2 or does EB2 needs progressive employment experience as well?
 
I've been through. it says advanced degree. and bachelors with 5 years of progressive experience is considered as masters.

tha means if you have masters, experience is not needed?
 
I think the basis for EB2 is either master's degree or bachelor's degree with 3-5yrs experience in the required area. So in your case, you should be suitable for EB2 since you have Master's degree.

But DOL is troubling for the fresh guys without any experience. So I guess it should be ideal for anyone with some experience for EB2 or EB3.
 
On top of that the job description should be requring EB2 compliant qualifications only.

If you job desc. says (e.g.) MS or BS + 2 yrs. of exp. It might not be compliant to EB2 categoy and might get rejected.
