EB-2 or EB-3?

This is my situation. I have B.S with more than 5 years of experience prior to taking up this job. The job requirement says the minimum requirement as B.S with 5 years experience.

After searching this and other forums I'm confused due to the conflicting messages. If the job does not specifically ask for Master's I can still apply under EB-2? Is it possible to get LC through EB-2 and apply for I-140 under EB-3? Any pros and cons.

thanks
