Anybody give advice on this. I received a RFE asking for Foreign Education Evaluation. My attorney has replied stating that copies of qualifications and and educational equivalence (from World Education Services) was supplied with initial application but he copied them again along with details from WES website. These documents were in the first few pages of the submission so I can't see why they are asking for them. Anybody have experience like this? Also is this just a cursory look at the application or is this the only thing they need?
