EB-2 I 140 Denied

Hi All,

My I 140 recently got rejected since my masters degree is unconventional. i.e it is equivalent to MCA in india. USCIS has denied b'coz of this.

In my labor my column H8 says

Is there an alternate combination of education and experience that is acceptable says NO

and column H10 says

IS a foreign educational equivalent acceptable says Yes

Is it advisable to appeal for the case.

Please let me know.
