EB-2 (EB2) Perm Urgent! Please Advise
Hi Gurus,
I need some adivse, urgently
My Lawyer is planning to file my labor through perm for marker research analyst postion. His rational is that this postion has Education & Training Code: 3-Master's degree on FLCDATA center site.
But the SVP for this postion on O*Net is 7-8.
I do have an US MBA from a reputed universty and 4 years post MBA experience in the relvant field.
Your opinions will be highly appreciated.

People this is an important issue, can some one please reply.
 
The FLCDATA is used by the SWA to determine the PW. ONEt is used by DOL to determine the qualifications reasonable for the position. So, since the DOL uses ONET, that is what you can expect and anything above the ONET qualifications have to be submitted as special skills/requirements. In other words, business necessity.
