EB-2 Cursed

Congrats to all the EB-3 guys. 140 processing is moving along well in Jan. Looks like EB-2 is Cursed. How many of you fought with you company HR/Lawyer, like me, to get into EB-2. Seems foolish, ain't it?? Yeah well, you cannot predict USCIS anyways. Atleast USCIS is working on some cases, so, happy for all the EB-3 folks. Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy.

You will feel a little bit better if you take a look at the EB-1 status.

Well not all EB3 people are happy. Even though the processing dates are in 2004. There are others including me whose cases are still pending more than a year.

Soon Feb EB3 approvals would start coming in !! EB2 is dead !! Any guesses what is going on ??

EB2 optimistic

My guess is that may be EB2 applications may be taken into considerations for FO memo.

JSP, i hope you are right. But i saw a few of our forum graduates(140 approved now), feeling the same way(Brigand's Theory being one of them). Eventually, they got their 140s approved a little bit later and the rest of the process remained same. We will see what happens to this lottery.
