Dear all
My 140 was filed on 07/12/02 and 485 was filed on 3/27/03. It is said the 140 will take 90-300 days. By now, 9 monthes has passed with no progress. My questions:
1) Is any one has EB-1C (Multinational Manager) case approved recently or any news?
2) Is AC-21 applicable to EB-1C as well?
