Greetings, I am new to this forum and its my first post. From Archives, its great to see tremendous wealth of Information shared.
Can you please advise how long does it take to get I-140 approvals from NSC on EB1-C Category? Do we have anybody that got approved with RD dates in July/Sep'06?
Also, I am planning to travel outside US next month. But, i am not sure how long will it take to get AP approved. My I-194 is valid for few more months, but my Visa has expired. I would sincerely appreciate your inputs.
It would would be great if we can re-start a thread for tracking EB-1C Cases that are pending.
