I would appreciate if anybody (civ2ru, eb1doc, toxsci, and others) can shed some light on I-140 approval at NSC. What is the normal processing time for I-140 under EB-1A. My I-140 has been pending for 3 months.... Last month I had one LUD and after that nothing happened.
