I heard the Nebraska one is picky and tough? can I file to Vermont? any suggetions for the best center which approve EB-1a case a lot?

You can file yourself in only one center of your jurisdiction. EB1-1A (Extraordinary Ability Category) is tough in all centers. One can not expect easy/speedy approval based on center. The approval depends on the fulfilling of the criteria for extraordinary ability in your field. Do some research and consultation with lawyers who can help file your petition.
