I have concurrently filed i140 and i485 in November 2003 and I have received i140 approval on 05/05/05.
Accordingly;
I-140 approval received on 05/05/05
2nd FP notice received on 05/12/05
2nd FP (Code 1) was completed on 06/17/05
I will appreciate if you may provide any experiences for further steps on an EB1 - i485 approval case.
I am specifically curious about :
1) Is there a code 3 FP afterwards?
2) Will there be an Interview before approval of the I-485 OR do they directly inform you with an Approval Letter?
3) I heard that some people received their GCs without getting a stamp on their passport, is this true?
4) If necessary, while getting the passport stamped, is there a need to take any further documents (company/tax related etc) or do we need to take only passport, EAD and the notice?
