EB-1 question-evidence of national/international award

Hi, Ihope someone will be able to answer my question

I obtained an MD degree before my PhD in pharmaceutical sciences. Upon graduating from Med school, I wrote the licensing exam and achieved the top mark in the country. Does any one have any suggestions on how to convince USCIS that this award is still within the field of endeavour?

It is not an award but an exam, so you can't claim it
