EB-1 Pleas evaluate and advice

I would appreciate comments from the forum regarding my possible application for EB-1

I am a Physician from india. I have done a Subspeciality training the USA

Here are my credentials

MD from India. Research for 2 years in India and 2.5 years in US

Publicatiosn 30 in peer reviewed journals (First author 10, other 12 only two authors with me being the corresponding and second author) Most of the publications on new instrumentation

Presentations in the national meetings (In the US) 25 to 30

Reviewer 5 journals (Peer reviewed)

Two articals in medical periodicals regarding my research by professional writers

One award for carrier achievement by young physician for advancement of medical instrumentation given in the USA

Not been invited to speak

I have no citations by others though i have cited my own articals 5 times. This is because all the publications are in the last 1.5 years ( i am worried about the citations)

I may be able to get some letters from associate professors from US universities.

Hope someone can view my case and advice if i am ready for a EB-1

Good credentials. But be aware that you MUST get 5-6 letters from US professors or associate professors that are not affiliated with you. Otherwise do not even try.

If you are not in rush, take your time and solicit letters from those researchers or doctors that may have read your articles or used your new techniques.

If GC is an urgent matter for you, try oustanding researcher or NIW categories right away.
 
You absolutely qualify for EB-1 category, your credentials speak for
themselves. Just get referees letters from internationally acclaimed experts in
your field. In those letters, ask them directly to rank you and your work "as
representative of a very small percentage of individuals who have risen to the top of their field". This is critical. Otherwise, you may get RFE from INS
to do so.

What about citation and Letters

Can someone tell me how important it is for having citations

Is there is template on how letters of refference should be written are there examples posted somehwere
