EB-1 OR odds

I am asking this on behalf of a friend. She got a PhD in engineering in 2000, 4 journal papers, 6 conference proceedings, ~10 citations. Working for a fortune 500 company research lab as an engineer. The company is willing to sponsor her OR petition while not NIW. She wants to know the odds of her approval under OR. Someone said OR is the easiest among EA, OR and NIW as it is employer sponsored. But others say it is getting much tighter now than before. Any opinion is appreciated. Thanks.

I went through this board and found most of the OR cases are approved, some are after RFE.

I doubt that "most" of the OR cases are approved. It just so happens that here we have a contingent genuinely interested in advancing their chances and more informed too. As to your question approval chances have less to do with the quality of evidence than with presentation (and representation). If the employer is willing to provide the evidence of permanent employment and access to an attorney versed in immigration matters it just may be enough to get your friends over the top even though the rest of the evidence seems to be of average quality.
