EB-1 OR Need help pls evaluate

I am a physician
Presently doing a fellowship and next year starting residency
Question 1: Will this make a difference my designation, should I apply this year

My credentials
1. Post Doc training in the USA
Research/clinical (3 years)
2. 38 peer reviewed journal articles with (14 first author)
3. 50 presentations at various conferences
4. Citations are low may be 7 now but increasing
5. Member of Sigma Xi type of societies 2 of them plus other medical societies
6. Reviewer for 7 journals. I might have reviewed around 15-20 articles
7. Two small awards international and national in the USA
8. 4 articles on my work in trade journals with my name
9. No patents

Question 2: Can I go for EB 1
Question 3: As a resident can i file for NIW without a permenant job offer
Question 4: Any good lawyer suggestions

Permanent position is essential criteria but if you present current position as permanent you are too good for EB1-OR
