I am H-1, and we are to file EB-1 OR 140/485 concurrent this month. And we will go back to China to pick up our 4-year-old son and apply H-4 visa for
him this summer. In case our 140/485 is approved before our son get H-4 visa, We will file form 824 for our son. My question: On form 824, Part 2 Reason for request (check one), which one (from B, C, D) should I choose?
