I'm not sure what you mean by "a reply". If you're talking about a receipt, then within a week or two after TSC receives your petition(s). If you mean an approval (or RFE), then we can speculate forever. Mine was approved within 2 months (which I consider very lucky). A lot of people get approved within 3-6 months. The official TSC processing time is posted at https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/ptimes.jsp (although there are exceptions on both sides of the spectrum). Luck of the draw... But TSC does seem to be a much faster service center compared to others.
