Since this is for a RFE you should talk with a lawyer. He might give you some good ideas what is most important for you at this point.

I don't know what other people usually write in their letters, but my recommenders wrote the below sentences, just to show you some examples:

1) "with these extraordinary studies, Dr. XX has clearly established himself among the very best in his field of endeavor"

2)"Although thousands of scientists around the world are involved in same or similar type of research, Dr. XX has excelled among his peers and risen to the top of his field"

3)"With his achievements and leadership, Dr. XX ranks among the very best in a field crucial to U.S economy and public health.

4)"Dr. XX, with his accomplishments, has emerged as one of the best cancer biologists in the nation."

5)"Dr. XX's works are among the very best in the highly competitive field of cancer research and signal transduction."

And of course, you can have them write "Dr. XX has risen to the very top of his field". I know it's a cliche. But these are the keywords USCIS folks look for in a letter.
