My situation is as follows;
*I-140 and 485 concurrent filing ND: July 23. 2004
*Finger print done August31, 2004 received on Sep 11, 2004 at INS
*Anybody in similar situation? Any approvals?
*Is EB-1 approval lagging behind EB-2 and 3?
*According the USCIS web page, application from beg. September are currently processed? I asked my company's attorney to contact to authorities and she told me that the dates posted on the web page are going a little too fast, and not really reflecting all applications.
