EB-1 I140 at NSC - what\'s the processing time these days?

My ND is 08/14/00 and receipt number is LIN-00-232-XXXX. I have seen various postings of I-140 approvals for cases
(EB2 typically) filed after this date. Does anyone know if NSC is discriminating among different categories?
