EB-1 EA - Refiling ?

My EB1-EA pettition was denied and I am considering to refile my pettition. Honestly, I don't know whether this will do me any good but I thought that it would allow me to remain in status as I would apply for I-140/I-485. Do you see any problem with this approach?

The problem is that you have to file a case which is substantially different from your original one. If you just send the same thing again it won't take them long to figure it out and new denial will come much sooner than you might expect.
