Has anyone done or know of people who have done premium processing for EB-1 EA ability? Please share your experience?

i did - sent in application on June 29th - got approval in 5 days. I wish I had done this in 2007 when they had it, but didnt. If you can spend the $1000, i would say do it before they remove premium processing. Thats my 2 cents.

when did you get the e-mail or letter staying that you got the approval?
Do you mind sharing your credentials? I see that you had applied for NSC earlier but got rejected. How was your application that you sent to TX different from NSC?

Thanks

my previous posts have my credentials. To your question on what i sent different to TSC - the answer is NOTHING! When i got the RFE from NSC, i had essentially re-prepared the memo and got 10 new letters - but got the denial. So a year later,i re-sent the exact same thing including the letters (no new letters), but got approval from TSC. I basically changed the wording in the memo to make it sound like a application rather than a response to RFE but otherwise nothing big. My credentials had also not changed - i mean, what big changes can you reasonably have in 1 year?

Thanks for the reply. I checked your credentials which are very good. I am surprised your application was rejected the first time around. The same application can be assessed differently depending upon the reviewer (it can be so subjective). I hope I get a good reviewer :)

But anyways I am happy for you that your I-140 EB-1 EA got approved. Good luck with your I-485 getting processed in a timely manner.

My attorny told me that the chances of refusal are way higher with premium processing ( EB-1) and therefore recommended against it. Not sure how true this is.

Same here and I was wondering if that is really the case. Why should it be different?
