Respected Don Neufeld,
In lite of recent announcement by USCIS about completion of EL Salvador TPS related extensions, we are very happy to know that as promised earlier by CSC, resources will be transferring to 485 AOS cases. We are eagerly waiting for a much awaited relief , in regards with your repeated promise of bringing 485 processing times within 1 year in next 4 months before start of FY2005.
We continue to hope for improvement in 485 processing times.
In the past we have enjoyed relatively better priority in terms of 485 adjudications as compared to other immigrant benefits . We hope that come April, we will get our deserved attention and necessary resources to bring processing times to within 1 year as promised by CSC. We look forward to CSC working on 485 cases and providing a great service to the immigration community.
We urge you to give an update on your plan as to when would the new resources be allocated as promised earlier.
As a part of that argument letter, may we request the director to given an update in the upcoming NAFSA/CSC liason meeting in March /April or any other liason meeting.
Best Regards

Everyone who does not like the I-485 processing speed should send an email today. If nothing changes we might never see our green cards anyway.
