Am from Uganda and I have been following the discussions especially of people that have already received their NLs from other countries. We need to share experiences as the waiting, the ,missing and the worrying can be all agonising. Is there anyone who has received NL in Uganda and East Africa, remember the postal system is corrupt rotten.
Twice i have travelled to the USA and I love it. Let share. Be blessed.
 
I have been to the post office 3 times this week and every time the box is empty. The waiting for the NL can is unbearable. I believe mine is on the way but am also counting the days to July 1st to be able to confirm that we won or didn't. In the latter case prepare for 2012. Taking the kids to be photographed (we have 3) was not an easy undertaking so would probably want to avoid a repeat. Am interested in knowing if anyone in East africa including Rwanda and Burundi has received a NL. I expect to visit the USA no matter what happens in October 2010 but i will be sad to leave at the end of the visit knowing that i dont know when i will back.
 
Trying to calm down

Am trying to calm down after visiting the post box sunday and there was nothing. Looked at the calendar and it is still a good 31 days before knowing for sure whether we won or not. If you are from East Africa drop a line regarding DV experiences.

Hi Red Bud, hope u finally got it your letter. So, wat's your CN? I actually got mine much later too and sent it immediately. But since my CN is 41**** that means waiting till somewhere in Mar to June next year. Let's keep our hopes highs!!!
Anymore East Africans in the house???
